Thermal Efficiency Diagnosis and the Energy Saving Effect Analysis of Shougang Jingtang NO.2 5500m3 BF Hot Blast Stoves with High Radiative Coating Technology
In order to investigate the energy saving effect about the application of the Nanomicro meter High Radiative Coating Technology (HRC Tech) on NO.2 5500m3 BF hot stoves of Shougang Jingtang united iron and steel Co.,Ltd.(Caofeidian),the energy-saving thermal diagnostic tests and thermal process quantitative analysis are carried out between the NO.2 5500m3 BF with HRC and NO.1 5500m3 BF without HRC which have the same furnace type.The diagnostic result shows that,when average blast temperature of the two BF are almost the same (NO.2 BF is only 1℃ higher than NO.1 BF),compared with NO.1 BF without HRC,the effective thermal utilization rate of NO.2 BF increases for 3.14 %; the heat taken away by exhaust gas decreases for 2.47%; the thermal efficiency increases for 2.84%; the fuel gas consumption decreases for 7.07%.
