Research on Thickness-Controlling Technology on Plate Rolling
Thickness control technology is one of the most important technologies in plate rolling process,and it is related to the final quality of the plate and the prime yield of the plate mill.In actual plate rolling process,there are many factors which can influent the accuracy of the plate thickness,such as,roll eccentricity,impact compensation and temperature difference of the length.This paper analysyzed the influence on plate thickness of the factors,the methods for solving the problem were given out,the actual results of the methods were given by the comparison.The comparison shows the methods given out in this paper can improve the plate thickness.
