Thermal Utilization Efficiency Comparative Analysis of the Sintering Machine in Baosteel

摘要：

　　Based on the balance test between mass and energy of the three sintering machines in Ironmaking Plant,Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,income and output of mass and energy in sintering machine were compared.In the following aspect,such as the raw materials and solid fuels,process equipment,operating performance etc.,the difference of thermal utilization efficiency among three machines were compared and analyzed.In order to optimize thermal utilization efficiency,the improvement tests were summarized.In addition,the original measured data and analysis will provide important reference for save energy,reduce the cost and increase production technique improvement in future.
