Influence by HR coiling on properties of CR low-carbon steels

　　The paper introduces influence on properties of cold rolling low-carbon steels by coiling of hot rolling.At first,the experiments with different coiling temperatures were done in lab,the mechanical properties of samples were measured,and microstructure of samples was observed by metallurgical microscope.Then,the relationship between mechanical properties and coiling temperature was obtained.Secondly,the experiments were done on spot.It was found that different coiling processes might bring different properties.By measurement and analysis,the relationship between mechanical properties and coiling process was obtained.Finally,the simulate model of hot rolling coiling influence on cold rolling low carbon properties was set up.
