Hot leveling Process Study and Optimization of High Strength and High Toughness Steel Plate

摘要：

　　Recent years,the proportion of high strength and high toughness steel plate increases much more,but the capacity of the hot plate leveling isnt enough.This paper analysis the process of the HPL and fix large reduction leveling with tilting of roll set for high strength and high toughness steel plate.Then it calculate the maximum thickness that can be leveled with the existed HPL.Finally the leveling process is optimized.
