Mechanism and Control about Straight crack on Hot-rolled coil
The short straight edge crack has great impact on the hot-rolled coil product quality.These crack are deferent from the conventional capillary crack.The intermediate billet shows that the bloom exsect exist some regularity oblique crack.The formation mechanism of the regularity oblique crack was detected analyzed by detecting the hot rolled coil,intermediate billet and bloom,using the SEM,metallographic analysis,pickling and so on.In order to solve the edge defects of the hot-rolled coil product,the evolution rule of bloom corner subcutaneous crack ranged from 10mm to 30mm was researched.
