Analysis of Q345B Steel with Substandard Elongation
This paper does extend composition analysis and heat treatment on Q345B samples with substandard elongation; does tensile test,metallographic examination and organizational analysis at tensile fracture on the samples before and after heat treatment.The results show that: the root cause of the sub-sample extension is due to the too quickly cooling,which leads to abnormalities caused by the microstructure of materials.The paper also proposes improvement measures.
