The High Efficiency and Low Cost Clean Steel Production Platform for Constructional Long Products
The platform for the high efficiency and low cost clean constructional long steel production was established by integrating seven items of technology in No.2 steel making and rolling plant of Tangsteel.By means of deslagging for the hot metal,high efficiency smelting on converter and “three steady and “three ordered in casting,the hitting rates of carbon,sulphur and phosphorus reached above 93% and the effective casting operation rate was higher than 96%.When the steel ladles were lidded in the whole processes,the billets were heated at high temperature,fed by weight and rolled by splitting technology,the tapping temperature was reduced to 1635℃,the temperature of the billets into the heating furnace was higher than 800℃,the ratio of hot charging was above 90% and the rolling yield reached 97.05%.The energy consumption dropped obviously.A favorable technical and economical efficiency was achieved in the constructional long steel production.
