Primary Exploration of Linkage Mode for Sinter Flue Gas Ammonia Desulfuration and Coke Oven Coal Gas Ammonia Recycling Technology
Firstly,this article introduces technology classification and engineering application status of sinter flue gas desulfurization in Chinese iron and steel industry,and analyzes the engineering characteristics of two technological routes: SO2 physical purification and alkali desulfurizer addition.It summarizes four types of most popular coal gas recycling processes in domestic coking field: HPF process,big AS process,small AS process and vacuum potassium carbonate process.After briefly describing the method of ammonia recycling from coke oven coal gas,this article significantly discusses the technology development of Phosam anhydrous ammonia process home and abroad as well as the engineering status of anhydrous ammonia in China; predicts the development trend of combined mode coke oven coal gas desulfurization & deamination purification process in the perspective of energy saving & emission reduction,resource utilization and comprehensive cost,and expects that deamination section together with sintering machine head flue gas ammonia-sulfur ammonium method desulfurization section in coke oven coal gas purification workshop may bridge a link in technology in iron and steel joint enterprises to achieve the goal of cooperative purification and common synergy.
