Design and Application of On-line Control System for Continuous Roller Hearth Heat Treatment Furnace
According to the combination of mathematical model and basic automation control,the processing control system in JISCO steel can be adapted for heat-treatment requirements of a Medium Plate.Based on the development of steel grades and the requirements of heat-treatment process,a heat-treatment model is established.The heat-treatment process can be gradually reasonable through the self-learning of the model.The online running results of the system showed that the temperature control of heat-treatment is precise.The strip temperature can reach the process requirement,the palate temperature uniformity is within ±7℃,The temperature between plates is also within ±7℃.The combination of the plate reheating system and basic automation is able to reduce the operation complexity and greatly increase the precision of temperature control and quality of plates in the heating process.
