CR180BH the Dent-resistance of Fender about a model

　　With the development of auto industry,car manufacturers are concerned about safety,comfort,and in order to save energy,meet strict emissions standards,had to use thinner steel plate as the cars outer panels,which put forward the dent resistance problem of the outer coverage.Article by experimental comparative study of dent resistance about CR180BH and DC04 two materials fender of a car,the results show that: when the thickness of the two materials are 0.75mm,the dent resistance about the fender of CR180BH material after baking than the fender DC04 material increase by 20 percent,the dent resistance of CR180BH meet the requirements,so that the parts may reduce weight,saving the energy and protecting environment,and the quality of part meet the requirements.
