A low cost purchase system for optimizing coal blending
A low cost purchase system SOPCC for optimizing coal blending was developed to guide the coke making and the purchase of coke making coal.The system consist coal characteristics subsystem 1 and subsystem 2 for optimizing purchase of coal.The subsystem 1 can record,correct and calculate the average value of coal characteristics at different period and provide coal characteristics data for the subsystem 2,so that the subsystem 2 can automatically get the purchase plan by using “SOLVER method.The optimized purchase system satisfies the requirements for coke quality and the lowest net cost of coal (coal price–byproduct price) under all restrictions such as coal quality,coke quality prediction and purchase restrictions.The system can therefore achieve long-term control of high quality,stable production and low cost of coke starting from procurement of coal.
