3D FV Model Applied in Dynamic Secondary Cooling for Slab Casting

摘要：

　　Slab temperature control is very important for dynamic secondary cooling.In order to get exactly slab temperature distribution,CCTEC present the new dynamic secondary cooling model.The model based on caster parameter,secondary cooling nozzle characteristic,environment condition and etc,can exactly control the slab temperature according the setpoint temperature.The model has applied for several casters,and exactly reduce the temperature fluctuate.The temperature difference between measured and calculation is about 20℃ at unbending point.
