Application and Practice of Ceramic fiber module Insulating Technology on cold roll strip annealing furnace
Ceramic fiber,used as furnace lining materials,is widely utilized in industrial furnaces.Fiber block can be made into various shapes.It has advantages of low thermal conductivity,low density and light weight for the development of industrial furnaces.Taking a continuous annealing furnace as an example,the paper describes the application of ceramic fiber block in the furnace and the installation methods.The temperatures of the furnace wall with different linings are analyzed.In the furnace design or the renovation of the existing furnaces,lining with ceramic fiber modules is the preferred solution.
