Research on smelting technology in acid-resistance pipeline steel

摘要：

　　In this paper,the production process of Hot metal desulphurization pretreatment-Basic oxygen furnace-LF refining-RH refining-Continuous casting slab is studied to produce acid-resistance pipeline steel.The excellent slabs of good cleanliness and internal quality are produced by this technology.The content of production composition is C≤0.045%,P≤80ppm,S≤7ppm,N≤34.5ppm,H≤1.4ppm; the inclusions are controlled below class B 0.5 level and the inclusion of strip MnS is not found; the center segregation of slab is controlled blow C 0.5.
