　　With the auto industry and increased competition,customer strip surface cleanliness requirements are high,so the cold plate surface cleanliness and more attention,improved strip surface cleanliness,surface residue requirements of board material as little as possible.Strip in the rolling process,the surface residue if too high,will strip annealing and galvanizing the surface of clean production processes have serious impact,Because the steel surface residues will reduce the corrosion resistance of steel,thereby affecting the cars life,and excessive surface phosphating process residue will cause trouble,affecting film adhesion.Therefore,cold-rolled strip steel cleanliness has become a key indicator of market competition.
