Research on Technology of Blending Coal for Large Coke Oven of Wide Chamber
By development of iron and steel industry,it becomes the inevitable trend of the development of large coke oven.The thesis analyzed the current problems of blending coal technology for large coke oven,and combined with the production process characteristics of the large coke oven during different periods.It established the blending coal degree of shrinkage and expansion control model for a large coke oven in early and normal production periods.By studying coking properties and coke microstructure characteristics of single coal,it found the adjustment blending coal method of outside expansion high and inside expansion low.It provided the control of coke property,especially the control of thermal coke property.It also discussed the blending technology of substitute fat coal and improvement rate of metallurgical coke.The low cost blending coal structure for producing high quality coke in large coke oven was established,with the coke ratio less than 40%,no fat coal,lean coal quantity>20%,which was not only benefited to saving resources and also benefited to safety and longevity of large coke oven body.
