Research On technology of Increase the Blending Ratio of Weak Caking Coking Coal
In recent years,by the rapid development of coking industry,it has resulted in coking coal supply tight,especially high quality coking coal.It can alleviate this contradiction by increasing weak caking coal in degree.Gas coal and lean coal caking property is low,belong to the weak caking coal.By comparing quality of gas coal and lean coal and optical texture of coke,it showed the inert structure was high coked from gas coal and lean coal,which can make the blend coal thin.This paper discussed the size adjustment of gas coal and thin coal,it showed through size adjustment of coal,which can make the coke quality improvement; the grain size of gas coal cannot oversize and also cannot undersize,it should be controlled in the reasonable size,which can improve coke quality when it participated in blending.The coke quality also can be improved by reasonable comminuting lean coal.The paper also discussed the optimization blending of improvement weak caking coal.By adjusting the reasonable ratio of high-quality coking coal,the blending ratio of gas coal and lean coal could be amounted up to more than 30%,and the coke quality was not deteriorated.
