Practical Technology of Blast Furnace Operation in WISCO

摘要：

　　Tendencies of dominant technical-economical index in the last ten years are exhibited along with some briefly explanations within different periods of time.Practices of maintaining furnace stability and higher productivity with relative lower grade ferrous materials through smoothly adjusting burden distributions,burden layer structure,tyuere diameter etc.are typically discussed.Key points about the usage of smaller sized nut coke for the purposes of controlling gas flow and which in turn improving the gases utilization are also listed.In the past years,blast furnaces have implemented stable performance,higher productivity,gradually reduction of fuel consumption.
