The Practice of Achieving Design Capacity----5Mt/a Grate-Kiln Pellet Production Line in WISCO
This paper introduces the main process characteristics of grate-kiln pellet production line in WISCO.A series of technical measures have been taken to reach the design capacity: the quality and quantity inspection of raw material and fuel which comes into Ezhou Pelletizing Plant; the research of raw material pretreatment,which helps to improve the exploitability of the incoming raw material; pelletizing system reform,which helps to improve the quality of green ball and ensure the stability of the palletizing system; shuttle distributing machine reform,which helps to improve the green ball distribution situation; the key technology innovation of traveling grate--rotary kiln--circular cooler system,which helps to increase the operating rate of the equipments in this system and ensure the achievement of design capacity; the optimization of parameters in heating engineering,which helps to reuse the iste heat; standardizing operation process,which lets the management become more meticulous.Through the above measures,the achievement of design capacity comes into practice.
