Deep Bed Sintering Production Practice Of ShouGang JingTang 500m2 Sinter
Deep bed sintering is an important and widely adopted technology,with advantages of improving sintering ore strength,increasing productivity and lowering fuel consumption,etc.ShouGang JingTang Iron&Steel United Co.,Ltd,has newly established one sintering plant with two 500m2 sintering machines in Caofeidian Area.In this article,various measures for adopting deep bed sintering are elaborated,and the effects on deep bed sintering are also analysed in detail.Since the Plant was put into test production in May,2009,equipments run smoothly according to the actual production data.In addition,by comparing the actual production data with that of domestic large scale steel plant and POSCO GuangYang Steel Plant,South Korea,each index has reached advanced level with sintering material thickness 830mm,solid fuel consumption 43.85kgce/t,process consumption 47.7kgce/t.
