Study and Application of a New Generation of Hydraulic Rolling-cut Shear

  Aiming at the problems such as complex structure of crank-shaft linkage mechanical rolling-cut shear and large weight & cost of equipment,PR-8R-PRⅢ level of new type compound linkage shearing mechanism driven by hydraulic cylinder was proposed through research on configuration design of shearing mechanism.New-generation full hydraulic shearing equipment of medium plate on longitudinal and lateral directions was developed by establishing researches on compound linkage mechanism,mechanical mechanism design and electric-hydro servo control system,which can improve shearing quality of medium plate and reduce the cost on equipment procurement and maintenance,all of above mentioned are of great practical and social significance to realize the localization of large-scale metallurgical equipment.
