Design and Research of New Galvanized Line Tension Control System

摘要：

　　In this article,the exit section tension control system of continuous galvanized line in a Cold Rolling mill of Shougang for the reconstruction project background,the necessity for the development of new tension control system is described; a new galvanized line tension control system is developed,and the application of the principal tension control technology is discussed.The important indicator parameters in the actual production are sampled and analyzed by PDA,the result show that the operation of new tension control system is stable and reliable,and solve the poor stability problem of the exit section of continuous galvanized line.
