Development and Application of BF Hearth Bottom Erosion and Accretion Simulation Model based on Genetic Algorithm

  In this paper,blast furnace hearth bottom erosion &accretion mathematic model based on genetic algorithm is introduced,and also,general situation of research &development of the model are presented,as well as the model functions.Combined with long-term on-line calculation data in 4000m3 and 5000m3 large blast furnaces,the model calculation and the erosion &accretion simulation results are verified,compared and discussed in detail.In conclusion,the model calculation and simulation results are consistent with the actual temperature change trend and the actual blast furnace performance.
