Research and Development of the Casting Slab Quality Prediction Expert System

摘要：

　　In This paper,we summed up the quality of continuous casting slabs influencing factors,used VC++ programming language to develop a Casting Slab Quality Prediction Expert System,which based on the expert system for quality prediction rules and used Level 2 control software communicated with the basic automation control system data.It can predict the quality of the slab which is casting automatically,the Casting Slab Quality Prediction Expert System can help the Engineers optimize the continuous casting parameter of No.4 slabcaster in Shougang Jintang Iron & Steel Co.,LTD.
