Controlled Cooling Technology of Online Pre-hardening Mould Steel and NAC

　　A new type online pre-hardening equipment for quenching mould steel has been developed,which consists of strong water jet,medium water jet,weak water jet,air-water spray and side water jet and has flexible cooling and control ability.NAC (Normalizing accelerated cooling) equipment is applied with the nozzles of air-water spay and high dense pipe jet,which can be adjusted by the cooling intensity of strong,medium and weak class.It makes use of high location water tank to save energy and keep water pressure stabilization,and by means of the flow control device to obtain uniform flow distribution.The paper introduce emphatically technology characteristics of online pre-hardening equipment for quenching mould steel and NAC,and model of the machines and key technologies,especially including the cooling rate control,uniform cooling control of steel plate and the whole cooling target temperature control.All above demonstrate that online pre-hardening mould steel and NAC are effective new technologies.
