Development of Automatic Control System and Mathematic Model of Meishan 1420mm PL-TCM
Baosteel Meishan 1420mm PL-TCM mainly produces special thin cold rolled tin strip,built into operation on February 1,2009.Through domestic independent integration and innovation,design and commissioning of complete sets of electrical,instrument and computer (EIC) control system have been completed.Research and development of key control technologies include: 1) new shape control technology of the hot rolled strip cross sectional profile measurement based feed-forward shape control and the integration of rolling materials,process and control; 2) high precision dynamic automatic thickness control technology of low speed rolling ; 3) stable operation and high reliability process control technology of unsteady rolling processes such as starting,accelerating,decelerating,and weld-point passing; 4) high precision mathematical model of rolling process parameters optimizing preset.At present,main production data and quality level of products are as follows: exit strip thickness 0.17-2.0mm; exit strip maximum speed 1700m/min; 0.18mm specifications thickness deviation of ±1% up to 96.4%,all specifications thickness deviation of ±2% of strip tail length less than 7m; 0.23mm following specifications shape deviation of 6I up to 95.5%,average wave height 2.56mm.
