The Development and Application of Temperature Monitoring System for Converter Steel Making Process

摘要：

　　In view of the fact that the whole steel making process is so complicated and the environment is so bad which make is difficult to realize on-line measurement of the temperature.By means of image processing technique,a new and useful method for measuring molten steel temperature is proposed,which is based on Wien radiation law and described fundamentally.Then the field use is made,and the temperature distribution image is calculated and processed by filtering and other techniques.The results show the projects have very strong practicability and broad prospect of application.
