Physicochemical phase analysis of a nickel-chromium-based superalloy
A physicochemical phase analysis method for nickel-chromium-based superalloy was detailed investigated.The quantitative analysis of precipitates in the tested alloy was developed.The precipitation phase content in the alloy could be quantitatively determined.The chemical formula of each phase was calculated.The alloy precipitations included γ,α-Cr,M23C6,Ti(C,N) and NbN.It was revealed about the rules of the precipitation phase in the alloy under different conditions.The particle size distribution of precipitation phases was also studied.The results of particle size distribution showed that γphase are grew up after aging.α-Cr phase are no significant changes before and after aging.
