Research on Energy Consumption index and Energy Conversion Coefficients for Iron and Steel Enterprise
The bottom of current energy consumption statistics of Chinas iron and steel enterprise is gotten,the existing problems in statistics and evaluation procedures are pointed out,and the disadvantages on energy consumption evaluation and energy conservation are analyzed in this paper.According to the method and basic principle of establishing energy indexes system,the evaluation indexes of energy consumption for iron and steel enterprise were rebuilt,and new energy conversion coefficients were determined considering the characteristics of steel enterprise.The new evaluation indexes system consisting of comprehensive index,process index and final products index.The comprehensive index is the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel that reflect the advance or retreat of energy consumption level of the iron and steel enterprise.The energy consumption of similar process of different steel enterprises can be compared by process index.The energy consumption of final products that is comparable between similar products of different steel enterprises by final products index.
