Supply and Demand Analysis of Steam Network System

摘要：

　　The steam network system is an important part of assistant systems in iron & steel factory.Steam emission fluctuation over time is directly related to the scheduling of the steam network.Aiming at the fluctuation of steam network system,the method of stage analysis is proposed.By this means,the supply and demand mathematic model of steam network system in iron & steel industry is established.Using the law of mass conservation and conversion,the supply and demand process analysis of steam network system is divided into three stages.Comparing with other methods,the results showed that it can scientifically and reasonably reveal the factors affecting the fluctuation of the steam network system.These factors are controlled that can reduce emission of stream and save energy effectively.
