New Generation Automatic Control System of Hot Wide Strip Mills

摘要：

　　Automation control system is the key common technology of hot continuous rolling of wide strip,It has great influence on the product quality,production stability and yield output.This paper introduced the main hardware configuration,network structure and communication solution of automation control system of hot wide strip mills.Some advanced automatic control functions were represented in detail,such as profile and flatness control,setup calculation,AGC sub-system,finishing temperature control and coiling temperature control.The development of automatic control system in mathematical models,shape control,special steel rolling and system maintenance were summarized finally.
