An investigation on the primary recrystallization of two-stage cold rolling Fe-3%Si steel

  It was investigated in this paper the influence of annealing process on the recrystallization of a two-stage cold rolled Fe-3% Si steel.The microstructures of the sheets annealed under different temperature,soaking time and heating rate were observed and found that in the case of isothermal annealing recrystallization begins at 600℃ and will not finish until above 800℃,while in the case that the final cold rolled sheet directly throw to final high temperature annealing,recrystallization is likely to finish at a heating rate of 80℃/h between 500-700℃.
