Progress and Discussion for Energy Saving and Emissions Reduction,TISCO
Tisco is a large scale iron and steel associated enterprise in China,and a stainless steel enterprise which production ca pacity and process and technology equipments are on top in the world.Since 2005,especially during rebuilding on stainless steel system,the relevant energy-saving and environmentally friendly projects were built with international advanced technology,realizing upgrading for process,technology and equipment.Now Tisco has steel production capacity of ten million tons per year,in whi ch stainless steel three million tons.This article analyze energy-saving direction of iron and steel industry,and put forward programme and take detail measures to utilize residual heat and energy,the slag of blast furnace and steel-making,and purify waste gas from energy management,energy conservation process and technology aspects based on Tisco energy-saving status in recent several year s.We achieve a considerable result.Between 2005 and 2010,the energy consumption per ton decreased from 703kgce/t to 559kgce/t,down 20.5%,and fresh water consumption per ton from 7.18t/t to1.91t/t,down73.3%;In the end,we raise Tisco direction and measures for energy conversation and pollution reduction in future.
