Study of the Liquid Level Adjusting Method in Ultrasonic Cleaning

  According to the idea that changing the liquid level can improve the cleaning effect in ultrasonic cleaning process this paper studied the cleaning mechanism of the liquid level adjusting method by simulation.The three-dimensional models of ultrasonic cleaning were established in COMSOL Multiphysics and corresponding cleaning effects under different liquid levels were simulated.The cleaning effect was tested by experiment.The experimental results were processed by Matlab and contrasted with the simulation results.It shows that the disadvantages caused by the standing wave effect can be eliminated by adjusting the liquid level.It provides theoretical basis for research and development of the cleaning machine and the processing technique of ultrasonic cleaning.
