Research on Equipment Repair Technology Based on Optical Fiber Laser Cladding
The functional coatings were prepared on the samples of carbon steel,casting iron,copper alloy and aluminum alloy by 700W optical fiber laser caldding machine.The microstructure was observed by SEM and EDS,and the related performance was tested by microhardness tester,tensile tester machine and ring-block wear test machine.The rusults shows that the performance of functional coatings by laser cladding technology is coherent to or superior to the subustrate.The cladding coatings are uniform in composition,which is combined with the substrate for metallurgy,and has lower dilution rates;The hardness of prepared Ni45 cladding coating is twice the hardness of the substrate(45 steel),and the hardness of Ni60 cladding coating is 5 times the hardness of the substrate(casting iron); and the hardness of chromium zirconium copper cladding coating is similar to the hardness of substrate(QA19-4),and the hardness of aluminum alloy cladding coating is similar to the hardness ofsubstrate(ZL301); The wear resistance of Ni60 coating and Ni45 coating are prior to the electroplate hard chromium (EHC) layer.The typical application verifies the feasibility of repair and strengthen by laser cladding technique,which can improve the repair ability and level; and the laser cladding technology has optical fiber transmission,flexible manufacturing and srong mobility,which provide new technical means for remote and online guarantee in the hull.
