Automatic Brush Plating Technology and Its Application in Remanufacturing Cylinder Body of Engine
Brush plating is one of the advanced technologies for remanufacturing and has wide application in engineering.However,the quality of traditional manual brush plating is strongly influenced by operators experience.Whats that,many other problems also exited in traditional manual brush plating technology,such as unstable electrodeposited quality,low labor productivity and high labor intensity,which restricted more development and industrial application.Therefore,an automatic brush plating technology and its relevant equipment was developed.Compared with manual Nickel plated coatings,the automatic Nickel plated coatings have more dense and compact microstructure and higher hardness.In addition,stable and reliable deposition layer was obtained,and labor productivity was also greatly improved using the automatic brush plating technology.At present,the technology has been successfully applied in remanufacturing of cylinder body of engine.
