Research on Raw Materials of Ultrafine Nanocrystalline Series Cemented Carbide Products

　　In this paper,we developed a new WC powder for uhrafine nanocrystalline series products.We selected five WC powders and compared them in chemical purity,size distribution,Fsss particle size,specific surface area,scanning electron microscope (SEM) and cemented carbide performance.According to the test results,the overseas raw materials and our developed new WC power can meet the demand of uhrafine nanocrystalline series cemented carbide products.Contrasting the WC powder and alloy,the WC powders we developed can reach the international advanced level,and the production can substitute the foreign product.
