Microstructure of Vgcf/Pc Conductive Composites Prepared By Injection Molding And Its Effects of Rolling Process
In the present work, internal structure of Vapor Grown Carbon Fibers /Polycarbonate (VGCF/PC) conductive composites prepared by injection molding was discussed. In addition,VGCF/PC was rolled;and the effects of rolling process were also investigated. The surface resistivity was affected by the VGCF state as orientation. It was found that the low surface resistivity was measured at low injection speed and temperature. The rolled VGCF/PC specimens enhanced the fracture strain within 30% of reduction in thickness.
