CORRELATION COEFFICIENT ANALYSIS OF TOLERANCE FACTORS IN 15RT R410A SCROLL COMPRESSOR

摘要：

　　There are over 90 design parameters for a 15RT R410A scroll compressor.Among them,dozens of design factors are crucial from engineering experience but their importance are hardly sorted.One quality method,the correlation coefficient analysis in 15RT R410A scroll compressor,was proposed in this study.Several critical design tolerance factors and COP(the typical performance index for compressors) are analyzed and discussed by this method.After rearranging the critical design factors,the experimental results showed the good improvement in COP.By knowing what are the key variables from this study,the reliability and cost in production process of scroll compressors can be significantly improved and optimized.
