THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF THE SOLAR SEMICONDUCTOR AUTOMOTIVE AIR CONDITIONING PATENT IN CHINA
The solar semiconductor automotive air conditioning is safe,reliable,noiseless,and non-polluting.It cannot only reduce the impact of vehicle dynamic performance in traditional automotive air conditioning.It also can meet the requirement of automotive air conditioning to green,energy-saving and environmental protection now.The solar semiconductor automotive air conditioning patents in China were studied in this article.It analysis changing situation of patents in China and summarizes the features of solar battery materials,cold and heat transfer methods,system structure of semiconductor refrigerations in different patents.It points out the primary problems existing in solar semiconductor automotive air conditioning and the corresponding suggestions,and provides a reference for its next development.
