THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE OPTIMUM OPERATING CONDITIONS OF SEMICONDUCTOR REFRIGERATION
As the semiconductor refrigeration has much unique superiorities and there is a gradual increase in awareness of the environmental protection,Semiconductor refrigeration become a rapidly growing international high-tech,which is receiving more and more recognition.As one of the main factors influenced semiconductor refrigeration performance,the selection of refrigeration operating condition is very important.This article proposed the concept of the optimum operating condition on the basis of the biggest refrigerating capacity condition and the biggest refrigerating coefficient condition.The optimum operating condition has both the bigger refrigeration capacity and the small power loss consumption.A suitable experimental device and a corresponding measurement system had been established in this article.On the base,it makes the semiconductor theoretical and experimental studies under many different operating conditions,and then gets the optimum operating condition under the optimal current.The semiconductor refrigeration not only reduces power and cost under the optimum operating condition,but also can improve the semiconductor refrigeration performance.The optimum operating condition has an important role in promoting the development of the semiconductor refrigeration in the future.
