Enhancing influence of ferrofiuid on ammonia bubble absorption process in rotating magnetic field
The effects of rotating magnetic field and ferrofiuid on NH3/H2O bubble absorption process were studied in this work.The absorption rate and effective absorption ratio between still and rotating magnetic field were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the NH3/H2O bubble absorption can be strengthened by rotating magnetic field and ferrofluid.The enhancing influence induced by the rotating magnetic field is more effective than that of still magnetic field under the same conditions.Both absorption rate and effective absorption ratio increase with the increase of magnetic intensity within the range of 0~260mT.When the magnetic intensity is kept between 0~80mT,an enhancing effect is highlighted; when the magnetic intensity is higher than 80mT,the absorption enhancing effect increases slightly.The absorption mass enhanced by rotating magnetic field (Ar) was defined to characterize the effect of the rotating magnetic field on NH3/H2O bubble absorption process.The results that Ar is above 0 showed that the rotating magnetic field has a positive effect on NH3/H2O bubble absorption process.The possible mechanisms for the phenomena in experiments and related results are also explained.
