Digital Design and Manufacturing of Zero-Tooth-Difference Mechanism Based on UG

摘要：

　　Digital design and manufacturing is the development direction of CAD/CAM technology.Using the powerful CAD/CAM function of UG software,analyze the tooth profile curve of involute internal gear with,which is a part of electric submersible progressing cavity pump,and realize virtual assembly and wire cut electrical discharge machining.The application based on UG digital design and manufacturing technology can improve production effectiveness,boost production development,save energy and powerfully,and impel the development process of manufacturing industry.
