Research on Device of Hydraulic Pushing

  The new device of hydraulic pushing device achieves enclasping of clamping device and steel rail locking effect by the wedge clamping on the both side of the steel rail,so as to provide thrust and pulling force action point for the cylinder of hydraulic equipment.Compare with other devices,the new type of device has more advantages like:simple structure,reliable clamp,easy erection and high efficiency.To further optimize the mechanical clamping device,the pressure and the friction coefficient of the wedge.the shell and the rail were analyzed emphatically.Combining experimental data and the reasonable angle of wedge and optimizing design direction was applied.
