Experiment on the characteristic of viscosity-temperature
Taking the crude oil from DaQing oilfield the tenth oil production plant as study,the tests about characteristic of viscosity-temperature are made by rotational rheometre.The viscosities in different temperature,rate of shearing and water cut were tested.The results show that the viscosity of crude oil is temperature-sensitive.As the temperature increase,the viscosity reduces greatly.When the water cut is about 30%,the viscosity is maximum value.Water cut has small influence on viscosity when the water cut exceeds 70%.
