The Effect of LUCC on SOC Spatial Distribution and Ecological Risk:A Case Study of Binhai New Area
The present article takes it as its goal to apply low-carbon sense and ecological risk assessment method to the Binhai New Areas land use program.As is known,low-carbon is created to promote the sustainable development strategy,while LUCC is an important factor in the soil carbon cycle.We have proposed that the SOC density analysis and the risk ranking assessment can be done to reflect the influence of land use change.We began to estimate the organic carbon density of different soil types in Binhai New Area by the method of soil type.Based on the TM image in t979 and the SPOT image in 2009,as well as GIS technology,we have created the land use/cover map,obtained the land-use transfer information and the spatial distribution figure of organic carbon density along 30 years.Constructed the ecological risk assessment rank (from the value-3 to 3,totally 7 levels) of soil organic carbon under the local land-cover change,we have got the ecological risk ranking figure of carbon distribution.The results of our investigation show that:the increase of urban green land and forest can distinctly increase the carbon sink,oppositely,the bare land and construction land are main carbon sources.It is favorable for the protection of urban green space and the restoration of forest.Areas under 50% have no change of ecological risk influence,the rate of risk increase and decrease were separately is 28.8% and 29.8%.The district located in edge zone where urban green land and forest transfer to construction land,such as Nangang industry development area and Tanggu economic technological area have the most increased ecological risk.From what is said above,it can be concluded that a proper land use program should integrate the low-carbon index and adopt some reasonable measures to control the sensitive land use type.
