Study on Bacterial Community in the Anaerobic Granular Sludge System Treating Juice Wastewater

摘要：

　　Anaerobic granular sludge is the core component of anaerobic bioreactor treating juice wastewater.The microbial community in the anaerobic granular sludge directly determines the performance of anaerobic granular sludge.In this study,the biodiversity of bacterial species in the anaerobic granule sludge was analyzed by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE).The bacterial community of granular sludge was revealed from anaerobic bioreactor treating juice wastewater running in good conditions.This study is necessary and valuable to easily select appropriate seed sludge to fast start up other reactors.
