Cereals and Food Security in the World

摘要：

　　One of the key issues facing the planet is to safely feed at an acceptable cost nine billion people in 2050 whilst protecting the environment,saving natural resources and in particular fossil energy,limiting agricultural greenhouse gas emissions and simultaneously coping with the effects of climate change on agriculture.This is the main question behind the Agrimonde foresight project jointly developed by INRA and CIRAD,the two leading French agronomic research institutions.
