Along with the European Community,European baking traditions are drawing closer and closer together.Products that used only to exist in their countries of origin 20 years ago are now to be found throughout Europe.The customs of one region are adopted by neighbouring countries and adjusted to local tastes.Trends may originate almost simultaneously in several countries,but it always needs someone to push the innovations.
